Version 2.0 of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) PED security requirements is published. May 2008 demarcated a crucial moment because PCI PED version 2.0 is mandatory for approval by the PCI Security Standards Council (Amex, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Visa). Brightsight already has experience with PCI PED version 2.0 evaluations. The differences with the previous version, version 1.3, are large and may have severe impact on the security in payment terminals.

Brightsight has developed a new course around PCI PED version 2.0. The experience of Brightsight with PCI PED version 2.0 is incorporated in the course. Of course our experience in both the formal and the practical side of evaluations is brought together in this course.  (Read more)
