Tools from our security labs
For more than 20 years Brightsight has evaluated the security of hundreds of integrated circuits, smart card products and payment devices from many vendors all around the globe.

In order to perform these smart card security evaluations Brightsight has developed all sorts of dedicated security analysis tools.

Although these tools have always been strictly developed for internal use, many of our customers have shown an interest in acquiring these security analysis tools to support their internal development process.

Added value
Both chip and card manufacturers as well as card issuers can utilize our tools to their best advantage. These tools are being used on a daily basis by our security experts to validate state-of-the-art security products. For manufacturers it can really save time and money if they know how their products will perform in a security approval process.

Licensing
We would be happy to discuss licensing other tools, techniques or methodologies we use in our security evaluations.

Japan
Our tools are sold in Japan through BEsecure, a joint venture between ECSEC (a Japanese Common Criteria Evaluation laboratory) and Brightsight.
