JISEC, the Japanese Information Technology Security Evaluation and Certification Scheme set up by IPA (Information-technology Promotion Agency) has accredited Brightsight to be one of their IT Hardware Evaluation Facilities. Brightsight is pleased and honored with this recognition to be accredited by IPA, and is looking forward to start the first evaluation with JISEC. “Expanding our accreditations has always been a choice and strength of Brightsight. We hope to provide more flexibility to our customers to be able to have their products certified by certification bodies of their choices.“, comments Dirk-Jan Out, CEO of Brightsight BV. With the accreditation of the Japanese scheme, Brightsight can now perform evaluation with six different schemes, including German, Dutch, Norwegian, and two Singaporean schemes (SCCS and NITES). As Japan is a member of CCRA, the CC certificates will be recognised by all member nations up to Evaluation Assurance Level 4 (EAL 4).
