Delft, 7th of February 2017: Brightsight is proud to announce that Xavier Vilarrubla, their Director Business Development, will join the GlobalPlatform Security Task Force as Vice Co-Chair this year. GlobalPlatform established a Security Task Force to engage and collaborate with external security organisations to bring additional security requirements into GlobalPlatform. The Task Force also advises the technical committees of the association on matters such as security certification, applicability and philosophies. In the upcoming year Xavier Vilarrubla will serve on the Security Task Force as Vice Co-Chair. He will bring GlobalPlatform technology to emerging markets such as Automotive and Medical. This will benefit Brightsight’s customers as the requirements for their products will be further developed.
